I often get asked if I have any packing tips for traveling, what my favorite travel items are or what items I never travel without, so I thought it would be good to share with you guys a few things I can’t live without. Especially since it’s spring break season which means lots of you are preparing to pack for upcoming t.
This anti theft waist pack, or fanny pack if you will, is definitely a must have especially when traveling internationally. It fits discretely under clothes and keeps your passport and money safe from pick pockets. It’s also RFID blocking, waterproof, and slash resistant. Used this last week in Paris and it definitely gives peace of mind.
This one is self explanatory. It’s important to keep your phone fully charged especially while traveling since you’ll more than likely be using it for maps, other travel apps, and staying in touch with family. So, a portable charger is a must have while traveling.
For my new travelers, this is probably one of the most important items to have. When you travel to other countries and continents they WILL have different outlets than you’re used to…and you’re chargers alone will NOT fit. So, this universal adapter is necessary to be able to charge your electronics while abroad. I carry one in my purse with me at all times.
If you know me then you’ve heard me talk about this bag before. You KNOW this is my favorite bag to travel with. It’s cute, and its big enough to fit all of the things I need to keep with me during the flight. I even use it as my personal item when traveling with airlines who have strict baggage allowances. The best part is that if I decide to check it then it’s always easy to find because the pattern is so bright and distinguishable.
Not only is this a cute passport holder it’s also a RFID blocking case that protects from electronic theft and offers multiple storage options. It can hold up to 4 passports, which makes it ideal for group travel, or for those traveling with family or friends.
Game Changer! Every traveler should have a collapsible water bottle. Why pay 6$ for a bottle of water in the airport when you can bring your own collapsible water bottle, fill it up for free after getting through airport security, and then once your done with it roll it up and put it in your pocket or in your carry on until next use. Instead of buying a bottle of water each time you get thirsty in the airport you can use your handy dandy collapsible water bottle.
I bring my GoPro everywhere! It may be tiny but the picture quality is amazing. Plus it can be used for everything even underwater while snorkeling, surfing, and even selfies.
It’s so important to have the proper shoes while traveling. These shoes are my FAVORITE. (I wore them today actually). I’m an adventure traveler and these shoes meet all of my needs, plus they’re cute and sturdy. Not only can I wear them to the beach, but I can also wear them hiking. So by having versatile shoes that saves me room in my bag. Score!
